Our theme for Lent this year is Believe.
Join us in worship each Sunday morning in Lent (beginning February 18th, Easter is on March 31st) to delve into scriptures that talk about believing.
Ash Wednesday – February 14
There will not be a service for Ash Wednesday.
A take home devotional and ashes will be available on Sunday, February 11 for anyone who wishes to observe the start of Lent in this way.
Kaleidoscope – Sunday, February 18
Sister Frankie Dutil created the beautiful piece of artwork titled Kaleidoscope, shown on the right.
The piece shows woven strips of multi-colored paper with words added that describe what may be experienced in life.
We will be adapting this idea for our Lent theme of Believe.
Packets of paper strips will be available on Sunday, February 18 so that you may create your own woven kaleidoscope.
As we journey through Lent, add words that resonate with your own faith and belief.
Lent Study
Our annual Lent Study will kickoff on Zoom on Wednesday, February 14th.
This year, in keeping with our Believe theme, we will reflect on what we believe and why.
Those participating will need a copy of the book What Do I Believe About What I Believe? by Jen Bradbury, copyright 2022, published by The Youth Cartel.
