The Prairie Association Spring meeting will be held on Saturday, April 30 at St. John’s UCC in Freeport, IL.
Registration begins at 8 am, and the day concludes at 2 pm.
The day’s preaching and keynote address will be given by Rev. Kerri Parker, the pastor and teacher of McFarland UCC in McFarland, WI. Five years ago the McFarland UCC began a church turnaround project with the support of the Wisconsin Conference UCC. Rev. Kerri will share their story – both what they have learned and what they are still figuring out. This promises to be a very helpful and interesting program.
The fee for the day is $20 and includes lunch.
At the end of the meeting, we will be extending an invitation to association churches to join us at Mayfield on September 24 for the Fall meeting. The Fall meeting will highlight our Monarch Waystation.

Registrations are requested by Tuesday, April 26. Once we know who is going, we will figure out the best way to carpool together.
